Retail Shipping Post Pandemic
The habit of ordering online due to the pandemic, whether working remotely or not, was a necessity. Post pandemic it became a convenient time saver justified by saving gas and one could feel good about contributing to the economy - you were giving someone a job that gave them flexibility and independence. Online ordering and delivery, for some, became addictive. The thought of actually going to a store seemed like a hassle. However, delays in shipping that were overlooked during the pandemic have become a source of annoyance as it seems some retailers are taking advantage of the delays.
