Mickey Drexler, former J.Crew CEO, admitted he'd made "a very big mistake" when he allowed the company to be become "a little too elitist". Now we're checking out a breakdown of the "rise and fall" of Mickey Drexler from Quartz's Marc McBain. McBain points out, as well as other factors, the design team frequently "missed the mark".
