Great piece in the
New York Times' Style and Fashion section on
J.Crew. It seems the once "accessible version of high fashion" is facing a bit of an
upheaval. Some in
TCC had been turned off to J.Crew for more customer service related reasons, however the article makes sense as J.Crew ceased to be the go-to store it had been a few years ago, and there are lots of young professionals and moms with strollers at
J. Crew Factory! It seems the discount stores always have a way of undercutting the retail.
