'Downton Abbey' The Final Season

We are apprehensive about watching the final season of "Downton Abbey".  It's like finishing a book and you want to read it all over again. The Wrap has come up with 5 things to expect in Season 6, but we're not sure it helps. "Downton Abbey" Season 6 premieres January 3 at 9pm on PBS.

Politics Becoming Popular Spectator Sport

Politics TCC started down this road with a post yesterday, Funny Response to Trump Tweetstorm , that was a GIFF poking fun at White House press secretary Sean Spicer's response to President Trump's cell phone usage to tweet. Politics seems to be a uniting force, both pro and against Trump, on social media and in everyday conversations with Americans commenting, "Did you hear..." "How about..."  "Can you believe...." Stephen Colbert , host of CBS ' "Late Night with Stephen Colbert",  has moved from 2nd place to 1st since the inauguration of Trump. Other late-night hosts are also experiencing a boost in ratings as it appears Americans are using these vehicles as either proof of political views (confirmation or conspiracy) or just as a coping mechanism.
