Roger Ebert's Biopic Wins Timeslot for CNN


While we were absorbed with the season premiere of Downton Abbey, CNN Films' "Life Itself", a biopic based on famed movie critic Roger Ebert's memoir, won its Sunday night timeslot besting Fox and MSNBC. Life Itself will repeat on Friday at 9PM.

Politics TCC started down this road with a post yesterday, Funny Response to Trump Tweetstorm , that was a GIFF poking fun at White House press secretary Sean Spicer's response to President Trump's cell phone usage to tweet. Politics seems to be a uniting force, both pro and against Trump, on social media and in everyday conversations with Americans commenting, "Did you hear..." "How about..."  "Can you believe...." Stephen Colbert , host of CBS ' "Late Night with Stephen Colbert",  has moved from 2nd place to 1st since the inauguration of Trump. Other late-night hosts are also experiencing a boost in ratings as it appears Americans are using these vehicles as either proof of political views (confirmation or conspiracy) or just as a coping mechanism.
