Arsenio Hall's syndicated "The Arsenio Hall Show" debuted last November but never seemed to generate enough consistent buzz to be competitive in the late-night arena, and apparently the ratings proved that. CBS Television Production previously announced the show would be renewed, but problems with stations moving the show's time slot may have contributed to the cancellation. Hall had a successful run with his original series that began in 1989 and ended in 1994. However this time around Hall was only given one season to build an audience after being off the air for perhaps twenty years. The Arsenio Hall Show is now in reruns. The last original show aired May 21.

"On The Shoulders of Giants" is a great film to see in light of recent developments in the NBA. The film was written by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (also the executive producer) and Anna Waterhouse. The film was released on February 11, 2011.
Wow. Michelle Wolf's remarks at the White House Correspondents' Dinner , which aired on CSPAN was pretty funny for much of her routine. While there was rarely rip roaring laughter, most of her jokes hit the mark. Some of the shout outs: Reince Priebus (great porn start name), Jake Tapper ( what his orgasm might look like), Rachel Maddow (well, we didn't agree with Wolf's assessment) and Morning Joe (Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough's engagement - "it's like a #MeeToo working out"). All in all it may not make you cry, but it did make you think.
