Nielsen's Local Broadband Sampling Pulled

Nielsen has put a hold on its local Broadband sampling because of a NAB resolution. It seems the NAB feels Nielsen's "hybrid measurement" needs more testing. The NAB fears the local sampling could "understate actual viewership of local television stations." Some of our members who have teens say their children spend more time watching television programs online, rather than on an actual television. Our members feel it's easier for their teens to multi-task, as they normally have 3 or 4 windows up at a time, while engaging in "chat" as well! How do you measure that?
