Looks like repeats and retreads until Esquire can up its original programming. With 5 original programs, 3 are bowing this week and 2 in November, with titles that include "Brew Dogs” and “Knife Fight" there's no doubt their target demo is males 18-34. It's just so sad the remaining programming will be retreading, repackaging and repeats. What are they spending those ad dollars on? NBCUniversal is collaborating with Esquire Network.
"On The Shoulders of Giants" is a great film to see in light of recent developments in the NBA. The film was written by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (also the executive producer) and Anna Waterhouse. The film was released on February 11, 2011.
Wow. Michelle Wolf's remarks at the White House Correspondents' Dinner , which aired on CSPAN was pretty funny for much of her routine. While there was rarely rip roaring laughter, most of her jokes hit the mark. Some of the shout outs: Reince Priebus (great porn start name), Jake Tapper ( what his orgasm might look like), Rachel Maddow (well, we didn't agree with Wolf's assessment) and Morning Joe (Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough's engagement - "it's like a #MeeToo working out"). All in all it may not make you cry, but it did make you think.
