Can Better Apps Increase Profits for Retailers post several weeks ago, well we have an update. Our time pressed member has decided to return the boots she invested so much time into procuring. She has assured us it has nothing to do with any lingering annoyance from the tedious purchase, but rather the difficulty of buying booties online. After investing a weekend going through her wardrobe, the boots don't work with anything she currently owns or with what she imagined they would. Anyway, she's floated the idea of having retailers show all booties on a model. The advantage is having a stylist show you the proper dress or skirt length that would work! Now on to the return process. The retailer does allow in-store returns.
