Congressman Anthony Weiner on the Health Care Debate


Generally we do not like to cover politics or religion, for reasons we are sure you know! However, one CC member was watching Morning Joe on MSNBC this morning and felt they had heard the most rational argument for a single-payer health care system. Congressman Weiner was impressive and at times seemed to leave Joe Scarborough grasping answers.

'Game of Thrones' Season 4 Is King

Ratings At 9PM on April 6, a total of 6.6 million viewers (including us) were watching the often bloody and grisly "Game Of Thrones" season 4 premiere. This was GoT's most-watched episode  to date, and the most-watched episode of any HBO series since 2007. Season four of GoT was up 52% from season three's premiere. Another 1.6 million viewers watched the show at 11PM and 1AM. Bringing the Nielsen's ratings up to 8.2 million. HBO GO (where our members were able to get caught up) is expected to drive the numbers even higher. As we've stated before, we just wish GoT would pick up the pace just a little bit. Looks Like Kerry Washington Couldn't Fix SNL

Reviews for Kerry Washington's appearance on SNL , considering Saturday Night Live was dealing with a very public issue concerning the lack of black females on the show, seems to have focused the diversity problem (like a laser) on the writing staff as well.
