MUST SEE: Netflix Releases 'House of Cards' Season 2 Teaser Trailer

House of Cards recently garnered 4 Golden Globe nominations for Best TV Series, Drama, Best Actress in a TV Series, Drama, Best Actor in a TV Series, Drama and Best Supporting Actor in a Series, Mini-Series or TV Movie. Most of the Conversation Circle was gripped to the series in season one and actually binge watched! The second season of House of Cards premieres Friday, February 14, 2014, on Netflix.  We can't wait!

Politics Becoming Popular Spectator Sport

Politics TCC started down this road with a post yesterday, Funny Response to Trump Tweetstorm , that was a GIFF poking fun at White House press secretary Sean Spicer's response to President Trump's cell phone usage to tweet. Politics seems to be a uniting force, both pro and against Trump, on social media and in everyday conversations with Americans commenting, "Did you hear..." "How about..."  "Can you believe...." Stephen Colbert , host of CBS ' "Late Night with Stephen Colbert",  has moved from 2nd place to 1st since the inauguration of Trump. Other late-night hosts are also experiencing a boost in ratings as it appears Americans are using these vehicles as either proof of political views (confirmation or conspiracy) or just as a coping mechanism.
