As reported in the LA Times, it seems American Apparel's CEO Dov Charney, while contesting his removal, wants to shake-up the company's board and management.

Reviews for Kerry Washington's appearance on SNL , considering Saturday Night Live was dealing with a very public issue concerning the lack of black females on the show, seems to have focused the diversity problem (like a laser) on the writing staff as well.
