Retailers, E-Stalking is Not the Way to Go

One again one of our members is being stalked on Facebook by a favored retailer using her favorite brand. The member happened to look at a  pair of shoes (of course) yesterday on their site, then went through the usual cookie deleting. Then, sure enough, the shoes showed up on her FB Home page anyway! She is frustrated, annoyed and feels her privacy is being invaded. She does't want to see her browsing history on Facebook. She has made the painful decision not to buy (other retailers carry that brand) from that retailer again. We're left wondering when will retailers realize E-Stalking is a turnoff.  Related: E-Stalking
